tos:

starting off, you may not complain or whine when i uphold these, especially when you haven't read them.• i have the right to decline ANY commission
• i may draw personal art between or during commissions
• waits are normally not very long, but you must keep in mind i'm a mentally ill minor with school, a social life, and i go through episodes from my mental illnesses. these may delay your commission
• you may ask for updates, refunds or to cancel a commission however the refund rates differ. note that i have bad spending habits so your refund may take longer than expected. refund rates as follows:
sketch completed, approved: 75% back
lineart completed, approved: 50% back
coloring completed, approved: 25% back
anything following coloring you may not be refunded. especially so if its completely done & approved. i ask for approval at every stage, please don't leave me on delivered or read. i won't continue your art if it isn't approved. you can ask for changes, but only on the stage it was mistook on! i won't fix coloring after you approve shading, or lineart after you approved coloring. TELL ME if you don't want your commission used as an example or posted! i'll usually ask at the end of the process but if i forget i'll assume you're okay with it unless i'm told. you can use your commission as a profile picture or other things but you must link back to my instagram, twitter, toyhouse, or other socials.
DO NOT "FIX" OR EDIT MY ART!!! you can pay extra if you want edits after its completely finished! if i find you doing this that is an instant blacklist.
